Kiki Paul

Kiki started her career in communications and worked across a range of industries. Afte moving to Australia, she co-founded and built a successful financial services group. Since 2015, she has focused on the not-for-profit sector, where she has helped establish and build several organisations across a range of sectors, offering both strategic leadership as well as strong operational knowledge. She currently sits on several boards as a non-executive director and advisor.

She is most proud of her work at Go Gentle Australia, where as CEO she led successful campaigns for Voluntary Assisted Dying legislation, which is now in place across all Australian states. She remains on its board.

She is a fellow of the Institute of Community Directors and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Hugh-Murphy
 

Hugh Murphy
Hugh has been a Trustee of the Australian Online Giving Foundation since its inception in 2014 and is delighted to see the growth in the amount of money distributed to so many excellent Australian charities since then. Hugh is also a trustee of the Aotearoa New Zealand Online Giving Foundation.

He has over 30 years of experience managing the delivery of a broad range of IT services and products and held several senior technical management roles. He is known for developing high-performance teams and has a passion for mentoring.

In 2018, Hugh decided on a career change, completed post-graduate studies and is now a member of a chaplaincy team at a large residential aged care home. He has a particular interest in the pastoral care of people living with dementia and their families and carers.

Hugh has also served on the board of a youth services charity and was involved in strategy development at a key time of change and growth. Hugh stepped down in 2022 and continues to volunteer including being the MC at fundraising events.


Benjamin-Janes
 

Benjamin Janes
Benjamin has worked with charities and companies supporting charitable activities since 1991. Having been Head of Fundraising for a range of organisations in the UK including WellChild, FARM-Africa and MISSING, he worked as a consultant advising companies on Corporate Social Responsibility, helping them to establish tax effective mechanisms to support and influence society.

In 2005 he founded The Trust Partnership which manages the affairs of more than 40 endowed grantmaking foundations and is one of the largest managers of almshouses in the UK.

He is a Trustee of the Irish Online Giving Foundation and The Dove Trust, as well as the Australian Online Giving Foundation. 

 

 

Sherl Westlund

Sherl is a Not-for-Profit and Social Impact Advisor, mentor, and Philanthropy advocate with over 34 years of experience driving meaningful change in the NFP sector. Her journey includes 26 years with Diabetes Research WA, where she served 16 years as Executive Director/CEO. In this time, Sherl led with vision whilst collaborating with numerous individuals and organisations to expand their impact in communities.

Sherl’s expertise spans governance, strategic development, organisational design, branding, philanthropy, donor management, and storytelling. Sherl’s multifaceted career also includes roles such as Clinical Coordinator and Health Practitioner at Northampton Asthma Health Care Service and managing the operations of Asthma WA Mid-West Branch.

Sherl is known for her ability to see the bigger picture and is driven by a passion to implement results that foster community growth—locally, nationally, and internationally. She firmly believes that through building trusted philanthropic collaborations and partnerships, communities can thrive and shape a better future.

Currently, Sherl continues to mentor and coach leaders in the NFP sector, serving as a board director and member, using her vast knowledge and unwavering belief in the power of collective action to make a lasting impact on the world. She is a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Management (WA) and a Member of the Institute of Community Directors.
